At Ageless Grace Boutique, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. Below we clearly explain our return policy.

1. How We Operate
Ageless Grace Boutique operates using a direct-from-supplier fulfillment model.
To help reduce waste and unnecessary environmental impact, we do not maintain large inventory stocks. Products that are not held in stock may be shipped directly from our supplier located in China.
As a result, returned items must be sent to our supplier's return address in China.
2. Return Request Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting:

Your order number and a valid reason for the return must be provided.

Once approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.
3. Return Conditions

A valid reason for return is always required.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain attached.

Items may be tried on but may not be worn beyond fitting purposes.

Sale items cannot be returned without a valid reason.

Intentionally ordering multiple sizes with the purpose of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Certain products are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, and jewelry, unless unopened and unused.
4. Return Costs & Procedure

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any customs charges.

Returned items must be sent to our supplier's return address in China.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Without proof of shipment and tracking information, we may be unable to process your return.
5. Alternative Resolution
Because international returns can be expensive and time-consuming, we are happy to work with customers to find a suitable alternative solution where possible.
This may include a partial refund, store credit, or another mutually agreed resolution.

6. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If there is an issue with your order, including sizing, fit, quality, damage, or receiving the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Without photographs and a description, we may be unable to process your claim or provide a refund.
Once received, we will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
7. Refunds
Refunds can only be issued after the returned item has been received and approved at the return address in China.
Once approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and entered into processing.
No refund request or chargeback may be initiated before the item has been delivered and received.

We are not responsible for lost packages when tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
